Go Green - Save Money and our Planet

Buying a phone system doesn’t have to cost the earth. By choosing a 2nd hand system, you’ll not only keep more money in your pocket, you’ll also “reduce, reuse, recycle” and help save the environment.

Creating a new phone system uses 1000’s of tonnes of CO2. By choosing to buy a pre-owned phone system, you’re utilising already existing resources and in the process, reducing your carbon footprint on our planet. Plus, you’ll save money. Normally you have to pay extra to go green!

Care about the environment? So do we!

That’s why we donate 4% of our profits to charities, including www.climatepositive.com.au and offer you the option of carbon offsetting your phone system emissions for only a couple of dollars extra.

What is Carbon Neutral (Offsetting your Carbon Dioxide Emissions)?

Phone systems use electricity, and this generation of electricity creates Carbon dioxide (CO2) as a by-product.  It’s these CO2 emissions that are killing the planet, creating the effect known now as “Global Warming”.

As the name suggests, Carbon offsetting is measuring the CO2 output of a person, a car, a phone system etc and then creating a positive effect to neutralise this.   This is referred to as carbon neutral.

It only costs a few dollars to carbon neutralise your phone system and do the right thing for our world.

How does it work?

The simple act of planting trees is a great way to combat CO2 and where your dollars, and ours, are contributed to.

Did you know trees:

  • Absorb CO2 while they grow and trap it for years to come
  • Just 6 trees planted will absorb 1 tonne of CO2 with 80-90% occurring in the first 30 years.
  • Help combat Salinity
  • Provide habitat for native wildlife
  • Reduce soil erosion

For as little as $1.50 a month you can personally offset your phone system’s impact and be responsibly for eliminating CO2.
For a completely carbon neutral phone system solution, choose a 2nd hand phone system combined with carbon offsetting.
